- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and toss them with olive oil, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
- Add the salmon fillets to the pan and return to the oven. Roast for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the garlic amount based on your taste preference.
- You can substitute fresh dill for dried, if preferred.
