  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts on a sheet pan and brush with garlic butter.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots to the pan, drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
