Instructions

  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
