- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef tips and sear until browned on all sides.
- Remove the beef and set aside. In the same pan, add onions and garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over the onions, stir well to combine, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, whisking until smooth.
- Return the beef tips to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 1-2 hours until beef is tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a comforting meal.

- For extra flavor, add mushrooms or carrots.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the gravy.
