- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 pie crust
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and bell pepper to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier quiche, add jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
