- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add the fettuccine and mix well.
- Flake the salmon and gently fold it into the pasta.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

- For added flavor, consider adding lemon juice or zest.
