Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, half of the turkey bacon, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
