- 1 pound sausage

- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel until well combined.
- Add in the biscuit mix and shredded cheese, and mix until a dough forms.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

- For extra flavor, try adding chopped green onions or spices to the mixture.
