- 200g roasted white chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made tart shell
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a saucepan, melt the roasted white chocolate and butter together over low heat.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before adding sugar, then mix until combined.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the tart cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, you can add a pinch of sea salt to the filling.
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh berries.
