- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 unbaked pizza crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add roasted garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
- Add the sautéed spinach and garlic mixture on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the spinach mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try adding artichokes or sun-dried tomatoes.
- Make sure to roast the garlic for a sweeter taste.
