- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract.
- Layer Ritz crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread a layer of the caramel cream mixture over the crackers.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the caramel cream on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
