- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer 1/3 of the ramen noodles, followed by 1/2 of the beef mixture, 1/2 of the ricotta, and 1/3 of the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining noodles, marinara beef, and top with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
