Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer 1/3 of the ramen noodles, followed by 1/2 of the beef mixture, 1/2 of the ricotta, and 1/3 of the mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining noodles, marinara beef, and top with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
