- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, feta cheese, olives, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
