Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in garam masala and cumin, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the coconut milk and tomato sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
