- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add shredded chicken and frozen vegetables to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
- Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, simmering for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to use leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken.
