  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the marinara sauce.
  4. Layer half of the zucchini slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the zucchini.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining marinara sauce, zucchini, and cheeses. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
