- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground turkey bacon
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey bacon until browned.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce.
- Layer noodles, ricotta cheese, turkey bacon mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add a layer of cream cheese.
- Can substitute ground turkey with regular bacon if preferred.
