Instructions

- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on half of each pancake and fold over.
- Serve warm, drizzled with honey or syrup.
