- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
- Mix well and pour over coffee.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir well and top with chopped nuts if desired.
