- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract, and whisk to combine.
- Heat the mixture until it is warm, but do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate.
Notes
- For a sweeter creamer, adjust the sugar to your taste.
- This creamer can be made in advance and stored for a few weeks.
