  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
