Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the egg, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, then mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still gooey.
  8. Let cool before serving.
