  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add in the pumpkin puree and mix well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool completely before frosting.
