Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix sugars, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool completely before frosting.
Notes
- Ensure the pumpkin puree is not sweetened.
- For added flavor, consider adding chocolate chips.
