- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a rectangle.
- Spread additional melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra treat, drizzle with cream cheese frosting before serving.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and reheated.
