Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Add half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon on top of the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with a layer of cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding thyme or rosemary.
