- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
- Add half of the chicken ham and turkey bacon on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with a layer of cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding thyme or rosemary.
- Feel free to substitute the cheeses based on your preference.
