- 12 ounces pasta
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings such as vegetables or different meats.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
