Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add flank steak and sear until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add beef broth and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until smooth.
  6. Slice the rested steak and add it back to the skillet, along with the cooked pasta. Mix until combined and heated through.
  7. Top with provolone cheese and allow to melt before serving.
