- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese, then add more mozzarella cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with pizza sauce.
