- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup jam of your choice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small cupcake liners to form a base.
- Top each cup with a spoonful of your chosen jam.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a nut-free option, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of jam.
