Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
