- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir until well combined.
- Lay flour tortillas flat and fill each with the beef mixture, cheese, and salsa.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
