Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour BBQ sauce over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
