Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the orange glaze over the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
