Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- In a separate bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch and salt.
- In a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook until thickened.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
