- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Stir in the marinade and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions on top before serving.
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
