- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly to encase the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the wrapped tortillas, seam side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the filling for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
