- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the beef broth, elbow macaroni, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
