  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles broken
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, broken lasagna noodles, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until noodles are cooked.
  5. Stir in ricotta cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top, allowing it to melt before serving.
