  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Add gnocchi and peas, stirring to combine all ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until gnocchi is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can also be topped with biscuits before baking for added texture.
