- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add gnocchi and mixed vegetables, reducing heat to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary. Allow it to thicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt before serving.
