- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the pasta, chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the chopped turkey bacon back into the pot and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- This dish is best served fresh but can be stored for leftovers.
