- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the pasta, chicken ham, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add broccoli, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover. Simmer until pasta is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
- Add more vegetables for added nutrition.
