- 8 ounces tortellini
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- Add olive oil to the pan and sauté garlic powder.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in the spinach and cooked tortellini.
- Mix in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
