Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix in the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the butterscotch and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
