Instructions

- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 12 to 18 hours at room temperature.
- After resting, shape the dough into balls and let them rise for an additional hour.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then flatten each dough ball and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
