- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup fruit topping or chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crusts and smooth the tops.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
- Top with fruit topping or chocolate sauce before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.
- These cheesecakes can be made a day in advance.
