Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup fruit topping or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crusts and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Top with fruit topping or chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes
