Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted coconut oil until well combined.
- Add the powdered sugar, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Using a donut mold, press the mixture firmly into each cavity.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Carefully remove the donuts from the mold and enjoy!
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add chopped nuts to the mixture before molding.
- Feel free to dip the finished donuts in more melted chocolate before serving.
