- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or return to the freezer for a firmer ice cream.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt.
- Feel free to customize the flavor with different extracts or mix-ins.
