- 1 naan bread
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices chicken ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté bell pepper and onion until softened.
- Assemble the pizza by placing naan on a baking tray, then layer with turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, and sautéed vegetables.
- Create a small well in the center and crack an egg on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your preference.
- Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast pizza!
