- 2 naan breads
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then transfer to paper towels to drain.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham for about 2 minutes per side.
- On a baking sheet, place the naan breads and brush them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the naan.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of the cheese.
- Crack an egg onto each naan and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with diced tomatoes and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the egg is set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings, like bell peppers or spinach.
